Security Philosophy
Our business philosophy is that we are a security company. We are not a hands-off remotely operated storage facility. The safe and secure storage of your treasured belongings and business inventory is our responsibility. We take that responsibility seriously. Our security measures include but are not limited to the following:
Our staff
- Resident Manager who lives on site 24/7/365.
- Assistant Manager who is onsite during office hours at least three days a week.
- Maintenance Manager who is onsite during business hours at least three days a week.
- Owner actively involved in facility operations.
Security Cameras
- Operational 24/7/365
- Night Vision
- Motion detection
- Continuous recording
Access Control
- Gate Hours limited from 7:00AM to 8:00PM
- Coded gate entry and exit.
- Every tenant receives their own access code.
- Access system continuously logs entrance status, door status and exit status.
- All unit entry doors are alarmed.
- The perimeter of the property is encircled with a security fence.
Fire Protection
- All units are protected with fire sprinklers.
- Four on site fire hydrants to provide perimeter fire protection.
- Fire protection zones are established and maintained at the facility perimeter.
